Bringing Home Comforts to the Skies with Piazza Italiana
Sometimes, it's the classics that hit the spot, particularly when you’re far from home!
In the heart of London’s Square Mile, Piazza Italiana offers an elegant take on the Italian dishes we know and love. Housed in a former British Linen Bank on Threadneedle Street, the restaurant pairs its spectacular grand setting with a warm, nourishing menu designed to please a crowd.
Led by Sicilian-born chef Mazzucato, the kitchen serves timeless dishes from across Italy, from perfectly al dente pasta to rich risottos and generous sharing platters, all prepared with a focus on simplicity, quality and authentic flavour.
Through an exciting new collaboration, that same experience can now be enjoyed in the air. Whether it’s a light breakfast, a relaxed spread to share or an indulgent multi-course meal, Piazza Italiana brings the comfort of familiar flavours to your aircraft, wherever you are travelling next.

Explore the Menu
The 365 team had the pleasure of tasting Piazza Italiana’s menu to discover which dishes really stood out and which would travel and reheat particularly well on board.
Having launched its private jet catering service when opening in London in 2021, Piazza Italiana brings together restaurant-quality dining with the practical considerations of flying. Its inflight menus are prepared fresh and delivered under full cold-chain temperature control, with each dish carefully selected for the journey ahead.
Menus can be tailored to your preferences, dietary requirements and itinerary, with a wide choice of Italian and Slavic-inspired dishes. Start with truffle arancini, beef carpaccio or tuna tartare, then move on to handmade pasta, risotto, grilled seafood or premium cuts of meat. For something more comforting, try the beef stroganoff, a firm favourite with the Piazza Italiana team.
Each dish can be paired with the restaurant’s exceptional selection of wines, including rare vintages and vodka for traditional Slavic service.

Selected Favourites
Antipasto Piazza Italiana and Sharing Platters
A generous selection of charcuterie and cheeses, served with pickles and freshly baked breads. Sharing platters work particularly well in the air, giving clients the chance to sample a variety of flavours and graze throughout the flight.
Truffle Risotto
A quintessential Italian comfort dish with a luxurious touch. Rich, indulgent and satisfying, it is well suited to a more refined inflight dining experience.
Royal Ukha
A Slavic-inspired fish soup made with three types of fish and infused with pepper vodka. Warming and full of flavour, it offers something a little different from the more familiar inflight choices.
