With a career spanning over three decades in the service industry - the past twenty of those being within private aviation - Chris worked from the bottom up, learning and excelling at his craft before founding 365 Aviation in 2011.
Bringing with him a wealth of knowledge, passion and commitment, Chris also draws on the service industry where he began, aiming to create a private aviation company where outstanding service is paramount, no detail too small, where comfort, style and competitive pricing are key.
Colin Baker
Executive Chairman
Colin Baker ended a seventeen-year career in the finance industry trading Equity Derivatives to focus on his entrepreneurial passions.
He has set-up, managed and invested in businesses as varied as Luxury Property Developments, Private Jet Charter, Pan-Asian Budget Hotels and E-Commerce start-ups. Colin is a British National currently residing in Hong Kong.

Tristan began his business aviation career in 2006, serving as Marketing & Client relations Manager in the Asia Pacific region, before moving to the U.K and becoming Regional Representative in Europe for a Hong Kong based charter company.
Tristan’s experience in charter, aircraft sales support and aircraft management, coupled with his multilingual skills including Chinese, allows him to deliver exceptional customer service to his clients, perfectly complementing 365’s operations and expansion in Asia.
