365 Aviation Coronavirus (Covid-19) Update
19 March 2020
365 Aviation is committed, as always, to providing our clients with safe, secure and effective Private Charter Flights. In these challenging times our focus is on you, your families, friends and associates; should you have to travel we will assist you in transiting to your destination in the most secure and effective manner possible. We understand the global concern with the virus pandemic and are monitoring the situation 24/7, working with our operators to ensure each aircraft is prepared suitably and sanitized completely to ensure your safety.
The list and severity of countries impacted by Covid-19 has been changing daily and the situation remains fluid with flight restrictions to different countries being announced regularly. We are monitoring all Governmental announcements and recommendations relating to flight restrictions and regulations, taking advice from, amongst others, the NBAA and the Air Charter Association to provide real-time advice to our clients related to flight disruptions and cancellation policies which differ between countries and operators. Should you require any advice for any upcoming flights that have been booked please do not hesitate to call us.
For upcoming bookings, passengers will be required to complete a health declaration and travel history for the last 30 days, which must usually be received at least 24 hours before departure. It should also be noted that in some cases additional health certificates and documentation may be required from all passengers and it is quite possible that if any passengers have recently travelled to a high-risk destination, they will have their temperature checked prior to boarding.
At this point operators are still flying, but the situation is changing rapidly and aircraft availability is becoming more restrictive, therefore if you have upcoming travel requirements over the next few months we encourage you to enquire as far in advance as possible in order for us to secure the optimal aircraft to suit your itinerary.
Again, our focus is on ensuring the health and safety of our passengers and minimising disruption in these challenging times. Our thoughts remain with you, your families and our staff, we hope that you stay safe!
Thank you for your kind support.
